Well sort of. The feature game of the night was the Versailles Blades against the seminarians, and well…we won’t talk about the final score, though it was a close game. All told there were something like 80 youth from the North country who rose to the challenge. SEMINARIAN ULTIMATE FRISBEE TOUR Several of our seminarians are planning an Ultimate Frisbee Tour of the Archdiocese to introduce themselves to and compete against local teens. Today at Roman Noon, Pope Benedict announced that a native of Cincinnati and our former Chancellor, in addition to stints as a pastor, Steubenville Bishop R. Daniel Conlon was moved today from his current post to the vacant see of Joliet in Illinois. Some thoughts: then Fr. Conlon was one of the first priests I got to know who was neither from my home parish or from the seminary.
