Where are you currently studying? This year I am serving as an intern at the East Side Catholic Region, serving St. Cecilia in Oakley, St. Anthony in Madisonville, and St. Margaret/St. John.
What are some of your favorite things to do? Some of my favorite things to do are outdoors activities with family and friends. I enjoy building and flying remote control airplanes. I also like working and just hanging out on the farm with my family.
Do you struggle in your prayer life? If so, how do you respond to that struggle? I struggle with quiet prayer and staying on a regular schedule of prayer. I respond to these struggles by remembering that prayer is the most important thing that I can do for my discernment, and for spiritual life a catholic.
Why did you enter seminary? I entered seminary because over a four year period I kept on thinking about being a priest. I thought that since this idea had stayed with me for so long that maybe there was something to it. I realized that maybe God was trying to tell me something. So, I thought that there would be no better way to figure it out than to enter seminary.
