The following is a list of all the religious vocation-related upcoming events happening in and around the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. Thanks goes to the Serra Club of Greater Cincinnati for their efforts at collecting all the information for these events:
Spiritual Motherhood of Priests
Our parish is joining all the parishes across the Archdiocese in launching a new prayer apostolate that encourages women to consider becoming a spiritual mother to one priest or seminarian of our Archdiocese. Prayer for priests and seminarians has been proven to be effective throughout the history of the Church and we would like all the women of the parish to consider signing their name to the poster located in the vestibule and taking a packet of materials to begin praying for your new spiritual son. For more information about this apostolate please visit cincinnativocations.org/spiritual-motherhood-of-priests.
May 24-26: Monastic Experience Weekend for Women
The Carmelite Monastery of Terre Haute, Indiana invites any young women, ages 18-40, who are seriously discerning a call to the religious life to a weekend experience of life in the Carmel. May 25: Young Adult Square Dance for Run for the Call
Young adult groups from across Cincinnati are once again preparing for a rip-roaring, rootin’ tootin’, good ole fashioned country square dance for everyone who wants to join in the fun! Young adults, young families and those who are young at heart are invited to come to St. Gertrude in Madeira to enjoy live square dance calling by the very talented, Zeke Regula and more dance fun led by a DJ. Cost of entry is just $5/person over the age of 10 and includes food. Guests are invited to bring along a side dish or dessert to share if possible. All proceeds go to support our seminarians directly as they discern their call to the priesthood for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati.

The Dominican Sisters of Peace invite all single young women (ages 18-45) to experience service, prayer, community and fun during a week-long retreat at their Lakehouse. For more information and to register go to oppeace.org.
