What happened to 2011?! As is the case in so many years, this years seems to have flown by! Unfortunately, this year that means that we were unable to produce the usual line up of educational materials for Vocation Awareness Week in 2012. We do, however, still have available all the materials from our previous 5 years and hope that you can take advantage once again of those lesson plans. Additionally, the USA Serra Council has produced materials for this school year which can be found at their website: www.serraus.org or by clicking here.

This year, we are focusing on our web presence during the entire month of January, dedicating our main blog page to the stories of our seminarians, priests and religious men and women from the Archdiocese of Cincinnati who have answered God’s call in a very special way. You may already know a few of the people we will be featuring throughout the month (since some may have come from your parish!), but it is our hope that we will remind you of the types of people God has chosen, what influenced them to seek God’s will in the consecrated life and, in seeing the stories of these ordinary lives lived in extraordinary ways, you might be able to see how they aren’t much different from you. Perhaps, you may even open your eyes to the possibility that YOU may be called to a life such as theirs.
