POPE BEGINS SERIES OF CATECHESES ON CHRISTIAN PRAYER

Could this Pope possibly get any better?
His catechesis on the saints were fantastic, and reading through Jesus of Nazareth (vols I and II) and his encyclicals and other writings, he is obviously a man of prayer. Now, he’s going to focus on this even more!
I. Am. Excited!
Prayer, after all, is how one is formed as a committed disciple of Christ. Prayer is the secret to hearing that call of the Lord to ‘go, sell what you have, give to the poor, and come, follow me.’
